Mrs. Mirna Kaur is the founder of CARE Therapy Center, Rudrapur. Born in Africa and now proudly an Indian citizen, she brings a rich multicultural background, deep empathy, and over 10 years of diverse experience in child development, special education, counselling, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and early learning support.
Her passion for helping children with special needs comes from years of hands-on experience across schools, therapy center, and community programs—making her one of the most compassionate and dedicated child therapists in the region.
